Placing an Order

Exchanges and Return Policy
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality art prints and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can exchange anything as long as it is returned in the same condition as it was received.
- 1. All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) no exceptions will be made. This RA# can be obtained by sending an email to info@PatsyMairGallery.com. Returns or exchanges received without a Return Authorization will NOT be processed.
- 2. All returns/exchanges must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
- 3. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- 4. The customer is responsible for shipping charges obtained to send the exchange/return items back to PatsyMair.
- 5. Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering.
- 6. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- 7. Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
- 8. For your security, please return your items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt or delivery confirmation. PatsyMair is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- 9. Any returns/exchanges that are shipped and are not paid for, CODs or marked "Paid by Recipient" will not be accepted. There will be not exceptions.
Methods of Payment
We use Paypal for secure payments. Paypal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Pay Pal. All orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 3-4 business days from when the order was placed. If there is a delayed shipment you will be notified via e-mail.
Shipping
PatsyMair uses USPS Priority Mail. Special arrangements can be make to use UPS Ground,UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day or next day delivery. Please email us for special deliver information at customerservice@PatsyMairGallery.com Shipping charges are calculated automatically at time of payment.
International Shipping
At this time we only use USPS Priority Mail to ship international orders. We use USPS Priority Mail because of it's ease through customs and dependability.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is not assessed. PatsyMair is located in Portland, OR.
